RING BEAM PHASE – PROGRESS NARRATIVE
The project is currently in the Ring Beam phase and tracking on schedule. Verification was conducted on-site with photographic documentation (6 images captured). The formwork for the ring beam has been completed across all four walls, and rebar placement is visually confirmed as tied and correctly spaced throughout. Concrete pouring is scheduled for the following day, marking the next critical milestone. This phase represents solid foundational progress and demonstrates active project momentum.
Material reconciliation confirms alignment between the supplier receipt and physical inventory on site. Twelve 50kg PPC cement bags have been counted and verified present. Rebar materials total eight lengths of Y12 grade at 6 metres each, matching the documented supply. Supporting materials including 2 tonnes of river sand, 2.5kg binding wire, and 200 bessa blocks (150mm) are all accounted for on-site. The sand pile volume is adequate for the planned concrete pour. This material correlation provides assurance that funds allocated for this phase are reflected in verifiable deliverables.
One item remains under review: the concrete vibrator equipment has not yet been visually confirmed as available on-site prior to the scheduled pour. This is a standard tool requirement for proper concrete consolidation and will need to be verified before work begins tomorrow. Beyond this single checkpoint, no discrepancies have been identified in formwork quality, rebar placement, or material staging. Upon successful concrete curing, the project will progress to the next structural phase. Continued monitoring will proceed as scheduled.
